I would like to introduce myself, my name is Kevin Kraft. For twenty-four years I have been employed with Peninsula Escrow as a Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at the branch located in Rancho Palos Verdes. I have been in the Title and Escrow industry for over 42 years. For the first 5 years I trained in the Title Industry as a Searcher and a Relief Officer.

In 1982, I made the move to Escrow and within six months became an Officer. I have worked all over Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Arizona. I have experience and specialize in all types of transactions, such as, refinance, commercial and residential sales, bulk/business escrows and even handled mobile homes.

I believe that communication is the utmost importance when handling every transaction. I will go over and beyond my duties to make sure all transactions close in a timely and professional manner. You will find that I will always be available, along with my highly trained staff.
