William Baltazar began his professional career in 2003 with Peninsula Escrow as an Escrow Assistant. His hard work, knowledge and dedication within the Escrow Industry quickly opened the doors to become a successful Escrow Officer for Peninsula Escrow. During his career with Peninsula Escrow he has handled a wide spectrum of escrow transactions specializing in, short sales, residential sales and escrow loans, making William an asset to any escrow transaction. His forte is communications. He has foresight, is great under pressure and can resolve problems swiftly. In addition to his technical knowledge and professionalism, William has an outstanding reputation in the escrow industry and brings to his job the kind of buoyant attitude that makes any escrow transaction a positive experience for all.

His first priority is to ensure that all his clients are served with excellent customer service which entails maintaining integrity, honesty and objectivity throughout all his transactions. William is a strong believer that in order to provide the best services to clients one must maintain themselves abreast of new changes within the Escrow Industry. Therefore, he has continuously taken educational courses within both real estate and escrow in order to acquire and maintain knowledgeable holistically in all areas of the real estate industry.
